A former Nashville police officer, Sean Herman, 33, has been arrested for allegedly appearing in an adult video posted on OnlyFans while on duty. Metro Police apprehended Herman at his Sumner County home, charging him with two counts of felony official misconduct for his participation in the video’s production.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) reported that Chief John Drake terminated Herman’s employment on May 9, one day after detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division discovered the video. In the video, Herman, identifiable by his MNPD uniform, participated in a mock traffic stop skit. The video shows him from the chest down, groping the exposed breast of the female driver.

The investigation revealed that the video was filmed on the evening of April 26 in a warehouse parking lot in the Madison area while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer for the Madison Precinct. Following Herman’s dismissal, Chief Drake ordered the investigation to continue, which ultimately led to Herman’s indictment.

A Criminal Court judge has set Herman’s bond at $3,000. Herman had been employed by the police department for three years.
